So, I recently used PalmBright Appliance Repair for my broken washing machine in Hialeah, FL, and gotta say, it was a good experience. Found them through an online search and thought, why not give it a shot? From the get-go, the booking process was smooth. Tech showed up right on time, which is such a rare thing these days, right?
The guy was pretty friendly, got straight to diagnosing the issue without wasting time. He explained it in a way I didn’t need a tech manual to understand. Turned out to be some worn-out part, something with the drum, common I guess? Anyway, he had the part on him, which was a plus. I’ve heard horror stories of parts taking weeks to come in, so this was a relief.
In under an hour, my trusty washer was back in business. As for pricing, felt reasonable for the work and parts, no sneaky extras. All in all, if you're looking at fixing your washer or any appliance around here, I'd keep Palms Appliance Repair in mind. They just get stuff done.
Now, if only all my repair experiences could be this easy. One can hope!
